Return Policy for Print-on-Demand Items

Because print-on-demand products are customized specifically for you, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the product itself, such as a defect or an error in printing. Here’s what you can expect:

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your POD item arrives defective, damaged, or if there was a mistake in the design (such as a printing error), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I’ll work with my POD partner to resolve the issue and send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Wrong Size or Color

Please review the product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering. Since POD items are made-to-order, size and color mistakes are not eligible for return or exchange. If you’re unsure about a size, feel free to reach out to me for guidance before placing your order.

Personalized Items

Custom designs are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the product. I encourage you to approve the final design before it goes into production to ensure everything is just right.

How to Request a Return/Replacement

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact me via email at chickenrockdesignco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue. I will coordinate with my POD partner and take care of the return or replacement process.
