At Chicken Rock Design Co., every product is made-to-order with love and care. Below is everything you need to know about how I handle shipping:

Processing Times

Since all of my products are custom printed just for you, please allow 2-5 business days for me to process and craft your order before it ships. I’ll always do my best to get your order out as quickly as possible!

For Custom Illustrations:
If you’ve ordered a product with a custom illustration, please note that it could take up to 2 weeks for me to complete your design, depending on how busy I am. I’ll keep you updated on the progress and let you know when your order is ready to ship!

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is processed, the estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: 5-7 business days
  • Canada: 7-12 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. I aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring your items arrive safely!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact me at chickenrockdesignco@gmail.com, and I’ll do everything I can to help. While I can’t control shipping delays caused by carriers, I’m committed to working with you to resolve any issues.

Address Changes

Accidentally entered the wrong address? No worries! Just contact me within 24 hours of placing your order, and I’ll update it for you if it hasn’t shipped yet.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and I recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
