Refund policy
Hey there! Since everything at Chicken Rock Design Co. is made-to-order just for you, my return policy works a little differently. Each product is custom-created when you place your order, so I can't accept returns for everything—but I’ll always do my best to make things right if something goes wrong.
What Can’t Be Returned
Because these products are printed on demand, I can’t take returns for:
Changing your mind after placing the order
Ordering the wrong size (Please check the size guide before purchasing!)
Minor color differences (Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen)
When I’ll Offer a Replacement or Refund
I stand by the quality of my products, so if something’s not right, I’ll fix it! Here’s when I can offer a replacement or refund:
If you receive a product with a printing issue or damage, please email me within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number.
If I accidentally sent you the wrong product, size, or design, I’ll gladly replace it for you at no extra cost. Just let me know within 7 days, and I’ll take care of it.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Send me an email at chickenrockdesignco@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Don’t forget to attach photos if needed!
I’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days. If everything checks out, I’ll send a replacement or process your refund right away.
Refunds
If I approve your refund, you’ll see it back in your account within 5-7 business days.
Keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was my fault.
A Few Final Notes
Since each product is custom-made, I can’t offer exchanges for a different size, color, or design.
Please double-check the size chart and product details before placing your order. I want to make sure you’re thrilled with what you get!
